Kurdistan Region President has received a handwritten letter from U.S. President Donald Trump, highlighting the importance of continued cooperation between Washington and Erbil.
“In the letter, President Trump thanked President Nechirvan Barzani for his message and emphasized the need to work together and promote common values with the Kurdistan Region,” the Kurdistan Region Presidency stated.
Trump also extended his best wishes for Barzani’s success in leading the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG).
The exchange comes amid shifting political dynamics and ongoing discussions about the future of U.S.-Kurdistan relations.
